The design of this product fully combines the new energy industry specifications and application requirements to provide longer charging and discharging service life and higher security for the battery pack.


Product Description

FUTUREWAY®Car battery insulation pad is an elastomer-based high-temperature thermal insulation material with high mechanical properties, good toughness, ultra-high temperature resistance, and anti-aging characteristics. It is used between the power battery cells of new energy vehicles. When the cells are working, they have the function of elastic buffering and fixing the cells. FUTUREWAY®Car battery insulation pad for delaying cell thermal runaway has a high-temperature insulation function when cell thermal runaway occurs, and delays the spread of cell thermal runaway.


Product Features and Advantages

• Long-term mechanical performance retention after compression, especially in alpine and hot summer environments;

• UV, ozone and extreme temperature resistance make the material more stable in complex environments;

• Meet the stringent UL 94 V0 flame retardant requirements and provide adequate protection for battery pack safety;

• Applicable to GB/T 31467 lithium ion power battery pack and system requirements for electric vehicles;

• The CTP structure design suitable for prismatic cell module-less PACK provides better elastomer selection for automatic assembly of PACK, system energy density increase and cost reduction.
