Electric Vehicle

PACK Sealing: Whether it is a die-cut silicone foam sealing solution or an automated sealing of foamed silicone adhesive(Formed-In-Place Foaming Gasket), FUTUREWAY®gasket has been widely used in our customers, which fully verified its high sealing reliability. In addition, Futureway has developed advanced water-proof breathable membrane based on the technology of fluorine material ePTFE for many years to solve the problem of balance air pressure of pack.


Module Level: Futureway can provide better solutions, such as silicone foam thermal pad, module thermal runaway protection sleeve and elastic support foam for the structural design of module heat conduction, thermal runaway protection, liquid cooling plate support, etc.


Cells Level: In combination with the market development demand of longer life, safer and lower cost of EV cells, Futureway has developed a variety of silicone series products with high cost performance, which can provide optimal solutions for pouch cell expansion, delay the thermal runaway spread of the cell, prismatic/pouch cells buffer, cylindrical cell potting, etc.

Rail Transit

Interior: Futureway can customize and process LCD gaskets, HVAC insulation foams, HVAC gaskets, floor cushions, seat filling foams, compartment interlayer heat insulation pads and other components for rail transit interiors, realizing the integrated supply mode from material production to parts processing.


Traction System: FUTUREWAY®SR series combines the complex working environment of traction systems with the design specifications of rail transit materials to develop high-performance silicone materials for sealing. It has been successfully applied in cabinet sealing, auxiliary transformer sealing, fan vibration and CI module sealing of traction system in high-speed railway, subway and urban rail trains, which has obtained good market feedback. We will provide more solutions for traction systems in the future.

Aerospace

High Temperature Resistance Aviation Installation Cable: Futureway have launched a number of full density PTFE films, with stable geometric dimensions, highly uniform mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. The unique excellent performance and consistent stable quality make it one of the preferred solutions for insulation materials for aviation installation cables, and has been widely praised in the market.


Data Communication Cable: Futureway provides the solution of ePTFE for aviation signal cable. ePTFE has excellent dielectric properties and can provide excellent signal control for cables, especially for applications that require strict control of impedance and phase. Low voltage differential signal line (LVDS) and low loss coaxial cable, which are made by using Futureway ePTFE wrapping tape, have been widely used in fighter, satellite, radar and other aviation equipment.


Aviation Cable Bandage: Aviation cables usually integrate multiple cores together to reduce weight and installation difficulty. However, the vibration of aircraft often leads to high-speed and frequent friction between the core insulation layers. In order to minimize wear and extend cable life, one or more inner jackets are essential. Futureway´s ePTFE bandages have a variety of characteristics to meet customer needs.
