Electrically conductive silicone adhesive sealant has high resilience and can be formulated into gap fillers to provide EMI shielding or grounding on electrical enclosures. This makes them suitable for metal and composite substrates. All our conductive sealants are two-component systems with excellent airtightness. No primer is required to improve the adhesion of seals, which means they are suitable for many applications in many major industrial markets today.

Processing
• Processing generally takes place using 2-component mixing and metering systems. The material must be homogenized by gentle stirring in the supply vessels.
• Flawless silicone curing must be confirmed in advance by testing.
• Small quantities of hydrogen are created during the reactive time.
