User Guides
1. Substrate pretreatment: This product has better adhesion to some substrates than other products. When cured at higher temperatures, it is easy to bond to metal and glass substrates. No matter what the substrate, you need to clean the surface of the substrate to achieve the best bonding effect, but it should be noted that the residue of certain cleaning agents will also affect the bonding effect. Some substrates, even after necessary cleaning, may still require other treatments to achieve a good bonding effect.
2. Mixing: A and B components are mixed according to the ratio of 1: 1, the mixing time is about 30 seconds, measured using a volumetric device such as a gear pump, and mixed by static mixing. The mixing method and degree will seriously affect the foam structure, density and finished product quality.
3. Dispensing: Silicone glue bunning should be coated with a suitable robot, XYZ table or other dynamic device to obtain a uniform strip.
4. Working time: Silicone glue bunning can completely foam in 2-4 minutes after mixing.
5. Curing: 30 minutes at 80 ° C or 10 minutes at 100 ° C.
6. Curing inhibition: Certain materials,chemicals, curing agents and plasticizers may inhibit the curing of Silicone glue bunning, such as sulfur and its derivatives (such as natural rubber matured with sulfur), ammonia and ammonium salts (such as ammonium-cured epoxy, epoxy curing agent), unsaturated hydrocarbon plasticizer, sulfur-containing lubricating oil, PVC stabilizer, condensation-type room temperature curing silicone rubber or metal salt-catalyzed polyurethane, etc. If the substrate cannot be determined whether it will inhibit curing, it is recommended that the advanced nature of the small-scale compatibility experiment. When there is liquid Silicone glue bunning in the substrate and the foam rubber strip, it indicates that curing inhibition has occurred and is incompatible.
