A PTFE raw material tape launched by Futureway not only has the excellent performance of PTFE, but also has a low dielectric constant. Its processing method is PTFE powder resin and compression molding. It is made by turning and calendering. Because it is not sintered at high temperature, the specific gravity of PTFE raw material is small, and the belt contains a lot of bubbles. It is a foam type PTFE with a low dielectric constant and can be mainly used for the wrapping and insulation of radio frequency cables, radio frequency cables made of PTFE raw material tape can reduce attenuation by 15 to 30% at high frequencies compared with PTFE insulated radio frequency cables of the same specification.
Storage and Use
PTFE material has memory properties. It will restore the unsintered PTFE tape to its original form. It is required to be in a low temperature, clean, and dry environment. The ideal storage environment temperature should always be below 19°C.
